CRM Software Providers

There are many CRM software providers in today’s market place.    We choose 3 CRM software that we think can represent each of the three categories: Easy for Beginner, Packaged Solution, and Enterprise Solution.

SignifyCRM

SignifyCRM was launched as Thailand’s first CRM SaaS (software as a service) in 2009.   Over the years, it has evolved from simple sales app to become end-to-end business app that covers comprehensive sales process plus services, customer finance, and supplier procurement modules.   SignifyCRM comes with productivity tools: reporting, workflow, and integration with other applications such as Contact Center, Gmail, Google Drive, Box.com, Facebook Messenger, and Line.

It is reported that more than 50% of SignifyCRM users are in the B2B market and uses CRM to track sales opportunities, manage sales quotations and orders, send invoice and receipts, send purchase orders, track inventory, manage service orders, send email newsletters.   Bank uses SignifyCRM for its customer service contact center and integrates it with core banking systems.   University uses SignifyCRM for its student service contact center and integrates it with course registration systems.

  • Can use just One App to run the business.   It covers Opportunities, Quotations, Sales Orders, Billing Plan, Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Order, Inventory, Cases, Service Orders, etc. – all in one app.
  • Information is nicely linked.  Can drill in.
  • Can create/edit reports and workflow by self.  No need to write code.
  • Open systems, with Web Service API.
  • Can support enterprise requirements such as PCI, encryption/decryption.
  • Customization is done by SignifyCRM Technical Team.
  • No connector with Microsoft products such as Outlook.
  • Require attention to process.   Not an app for small companies that might not have time to define its process.

SignifyCRM has the following standard modules:

  • Sales: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotations, Sales Orders
  • Activities: Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Notes, Documents
  • Services: Cases, Knowledge Articles, Service Orders, Product Warranty, Projects
  • Finance: Billing Plan, Invoices, Receipts
  • Procurement: Purchase Orders, Material Receipts, Inventory Transactions
  • Management: Work Targets, Timesheet
  • Tools: Reports, Workflow, Document Approval

If customer has requirement beyond the above standard modules, will able to request for customization at extra cost.    Most companies can adapt to use the above modules without customization.   Some companies have unique requirements and that would be made as customization.     SignifyCRM has web version and mobile version available on Play Store and App Store.
